For the most part, when I post a new piece, I post an image of the original ‘block’ that I based the completed Tangled Line Art design on. This piece began in the usual way, however, after several ‘Oops’, when I added parabolic curves, in the wrong areas, in the wrong colours, the original block is quite difficult to see. I also wanted to try something a little different with this piece, so have added an additional layer, in the coloured stripes of this piece. This has also obscured the original block further.
I thought I would add a couple of close up images of two sections of this piece in the absence of the original ‘block ‘image.

I used Mpexy markers in ‘Indigo’ and ‘Scarlet’ to colour alternate grid lines. ‘Mpexy’ markers are one of my favourite art supplies :). They are not cheap but the quality is there. They are available in a wide range of colours and can be bought in sets and/or individually. Please note that I am not affiliated with Mpexy in any way. I use them because I love them.
Thinking about it, I have ‘lots’ of favourite art supplies – but that is another story all together 🙂
I created a Kaleidoscope video from Close Up 1 🙂 Love these little videos…. I haven’t been able to work out how to add them to my website just yet. I will add that to my list of ‘things to do’.
In the meantime, you can see the video over my my Instagram page. Enjoy….
